15 Tips to build a solid tech team and scale your startup on AWS

This session is exclusive to The Global Startup Program participants.

The Global Startup Program is an innovation program spearheaded by the Italian Trade Agency and the Italian Government in partnership with Dubai Future Foundation and AREA 2071 to support Italian startups expand their growth in international markets and scaleup.

As part of the program, we will focus on how to drive innovation into governments, introduce UAE’s innovation ecosystem and provide them with access to setting up in the UAE, capacity building workshops, innovation challenges and investor introductions.

During this session, Stefano Colazzo, AWS Startup Business Development Manager and Alex Casalboni, Sr. Developer Advocate AWS will share deep dive on how AWS can help you grow your business.

Alex Casalboni, Sr. Developer Advocate at AWS

Alex has been building web products and helping other builders learn from his experience since 2011. He’s been contributing to open-source projects such as the Serverless Framework and AWS SAM. As a Sr. Technical Evangelist, Alex often speaks technical conferences across the world, supports developer communities and helps them build applications in the cloud. He is particularly interested in serverless architectures, ML, and data analytics. In his free time, Alex loves snowboarding, jogging, traveling, and playing his saxophone.

Stefano Colazzo, AWS Startup Business Development Manager at AWS

Since 2019, Stefano helps Italian startups build, grow and scale on AWS. As Startup Business Development Manager, he works with founders and CTOs providing them with business advisory, technical orientation and ecosystem connections to accelerate the time-to-market of their ideas.
